Table
Clocks
Though grandfather clocks may be our
specialty, at 1Stop-Grandfather-Clock-Sales.com we know all the different clock styles inside and out. Wall clocks,
cuckoo clocks, curio cabinet clocks--you name it, we know it. And one of our favorite types of clock is the table
clock: nothing dresses up a table better than a beautifully crafted table clock.
What to Look for in Table Clocks
If you're considering add a table clock to your current
decorating scheme, there are few things to ponder before you buy--after all, you don't want to choose a
clock, then get it home and realize that it doesn't fit your table clock needs. That said, the first step is
to identify where the clock is most likely to sit. Some tables are too small and delicate to support a table
clock, so you'll want to make sure you have a good, sturdy table on which to place your
clock.
The next step is to identify the type of style and finish you want in
your table clock. A circular table, for instance, might look best with a clock that sports curved lines, whereas a
rectangular table would be better complemented by a square or rectangular table clock. And you probably don't want
to sit a clock stained with a dark cherry finish on a light oak table. While the table and clock veneers don't need
to match exactly, it's best if they coordinate.
Once you have a fairly decent of idea of what is you want in a table
clock, your next step is deal hunting; you don't want to pay an arm and leg for a clock when you can find the same
model at another store for a whole lot less. Try looking through the products sold by discount clock stores,
including 1Stop-Grandfather-Clock-Sales.com. Low prices and quality clocks are our business, and that applies to
our table clocks too!
